After Bailey graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a BA in finance, she was scooped up by a local business in need of a turnaround. Within 2 years, she tripled their profits. While the company thrived, Bailey's travel-schedule meant time away from her wife and children, so she decided to use her degree and interpersonal skills to begin her new career: real estate. Bailey chose Jacksonville for its booming housing market. (The beaches and the St. Johns County school district were an added bonus!) Her passion for real estate grew as she matched her clients up with their perfect homes, using her degree in finance to provide smooth and valuable transactions. Combined with her deeply-held belief that there is no better investment than a home, Bailey did everything she could to become the best at what she does. Her assertive personality, effective know-how, and dedicated work-ethic gets the job done; and her passion for relationship-building means her clients are clients for life. A born-adventure seeker, Bailey sky-dives, zip lines, rides ATVs, and travels all over the world when she's not helping her client find homes.     UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BELOW Still no letter and still no deposit back, been almost 3 months since we moved out and they are certainly just waiting this out until I give up it seems…was able to email Cindy and she said they would look into it, this was a few weeks ago…nothing Have talked with several local Facebook groups, etc and this seems like a very common experience with this company Be aware and wouldn’t do any business with this company STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (their property management side), I feel like they are a bunch of scammers and even when they say they are in the people business, they don’t like to talk with you…they only communicate through certified mail…almost hard to believe, but true Owner was nice but his staff are very rude and unkind and will throw the law book at you, so you better know your stuff when signing up with them! Don’t expect your deposit back within 30 days, you will just get a certified letter with all your deductions, that you have to send another certified letter back if you have a disagreement…the process will wear you out so the company/landlord will just be able to keep your money until you give up I went to their office to resolve, and they kicked me out…crazy I believe, but their business, and just handed me papers of the law

    Owners response is meant to save face…he was nice, and certainly protecting his business… (and there were nice receptionists that could witness as well)…but the staff that were argumentative must have felt uncomfortable (or maybe stressed) only because they didn’t have any other response to my questions except “that is the law”. At no point do I expect people to break the law, but there are ways to interact with people without breaking the law…instead of continuing to repeat “it is the law”…from a company that stays they are “people before property”, is a little far fetched with every interaction I have had with them for the past 2 years. And yes, they continued to ask me to leave when I was just sitting there quietly trying to research the “law” no matter what the next response is
